The Sustainable Communities Lab of the Chinese University of Hong Kong held a workshop on 20th Feb with the topic "Place audit, urban planning procedures and realising placemaking projects". At the event, Crystal Chan, senior manager of CollaborateHK shared some reflections on implementing different bottom-up community planning initiatives.
